Role Purpose
Develop and implement the domestic growth strategies. Identify, recruit, qualify and bring under contract new franchisees throughout the U.S.  Ensure franchisees meet their development commitments.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
SUMMARY:  Manages and directs franchise sales process in assigned region by performing the following duties.

  • Develops relationships and sells new and resale franchises to prospects in assigned region.
  • Travels throughout assigned region to meet franchise leads.
  • Plans and attends regional franchise shows.
  • Explains franchise brand offerings, using marketing materials and store tours.
  • Sends franchise leads to corporate for discovery day tours.
